This notice covers the public KaamWala information website. The KaamWala mobile app is still in development and is not available for public account registration or job booking. A separate in-app privacy notice will be shown before the app is opened for public use.

Information this website collects
This is a static information website with no account sign-up, contact form, advertising trackers, or payment form. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to help us understand site usage and performance. Its beacon measures page views and may process the page or path viewed, referring source, country, device type, browser, operating system, and navigation type. Cloudflare provides these measurements in aggregate reports. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to track individuals, or fingerprint visitors. If you click an email or phone link, your device opens the relevant app; KaamWala receives information only if you choose to contact us.
KaamWala also stores a small preference in your browser's local storage after showing the welcome message, so it does not appear again on later visits. This preference is not used for analytics and can be cleared through your browser settings.
When the website is hosted, the hosting provider may process standard technical request information—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time—to deliver and protect the site. KaamWala does not use that information on this website to build advertising profiles.
Messages you send us
If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, including your contact information and message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and manage the conversation. Email, phone, and WhatsApp services are operated by their respective providers and may process communications under their own privacy terms.
Please do not send CNIC images, passwords, one-time codes, bank PINs, or other sensitive account credentials through these general contact channels.
Cookies and external services
The Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon is served by Cloudflare and sends analytics measurements to this website's Cloudflare endpoint. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to track individuals; the local storage preference described above is set by KaamWala only to remember the welcome message. This website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts, images, styles, and icons are served from this website. Contact links may open third-party apps or services if you choose to use them. The mobile app
The planned app may process mobile number, name, optional email, worker identity documents, profile and work photos, job information, text messages, service areas, location when permission is granted, payment receipts, and payout details. These app features and their providers are still being configured. The final app notice will explain the actual data collected, purposes, recipients, retention, security measures, and user choices before public launch.
